Directions
- Put a large pot of water on to boil. Add salt and cook pasta.
- Cut mushrooms and spinach in bite-size pieces. Add the veggie butter and cook them at a medium heat.
- When they are cooked through, lower heat, add flour and cook until well mixed.
- Add soy milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 1 to 4, mix it all well.
