Pumpkin Croquette with Curry

Directions
- Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Heat them at 500W for 5 minutes. Mash them with fork.
- Mince onions, cut enoki mushroom into 1 cm pieces, and cook them in a pan with 1 table spoon olive oil. When onions become soft, add drained corn and cook lightly.
- Mix the pumpkin, onion, mushroom, corn with A and vegan soft, and divide it into quarters to make oval shapes. Spread them on an oiled pan with 1/2 table spoon olive oil, and cook both sides.
