Directions

  1. Roughly mince onion.Peal and mash garlic. Cut off the stem of shiitake, and cut into 1.5cm cubes.
  2. Put olive oil and gargic on a pan and cook at a low heat until the aroma comes out. Add minced onion and cook.
  3. Add shiitake. When the oil blends in all the ingredients, add A. Put the lid on the pan slightly open and cook at a low heat for 5 - 7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. When necessary, add water to cook.
