Directions

  1. Cut avocado in halves. Remove the seed and put the fruit in a bowl. Save the avocado skins.
  2. Cut red pepper into cubes. Drain the corn.
  3. Add 2 and chickpea into the bowl to mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
