Directions

  1. Bring the boiled chickpeas into paste by using a food processor or by hand. Add A and mix.
  2. Cut avocados into 3mm slices. Cut mini-tomatoes into quarters.
  3. Bring the vegan hotcake to room temperature. Make a cut at the side of the hotcakes to make pockets. Heat the hotcakes for 10-20 seconds at 600W in the microwave.
  4. Sandwich the chickpea paste, avocado and tomatoes inside the hotcakes.
