Pancake with Almond Milk Sauce

- sugar-free almond milk
- 200ml
- maple syrup
- 40g
- cornstarch
- 1.5 tb
- margarine
- to taste
- pineapple
- 60g
- blueberry, raspberry
- 30g
- sliced almond
- to taste

Directions
- Put almond milk, maple syrup and cornstarch into a pot. Mix well and cook it.
- Continue mixing and when the sauce is thickened, turn off the heat.
- Heat the hotcakes in the microwave, spread the margarine on hotcakes, place them on plates and pour the above sauce on top.
- Put the cut pinnapple, blueberry and raspberry on top. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top to serve.
