Directions
- Heat the Harvesting Hokkaido Hotcake in the microwave at 600W for 50 seconds. Boil the spinach, soak in cold water, squeeze out the water and cut into 1cm lengths. Chop the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and ginger. When the garlic and ginger are fragrant, add the onion, and when it becomes soft, add the minced pork, spinach, and 【A】 and fry.
- When the color of the pork changes, add 【B】 and bring to a boil and turn off heat. Serve with Hokkaido pancake and salad.
