Directions

  1. Peel and slice avocado.
  2. Spread seaweed and place vinegared rice on top.
  3. Turn it over and place egg roll, cucumber, tuna, squid, salmon and cod roe spread on top of seaweed (not on rice).
  4. On a plastic wrap, spread avocado slices and then the roll.
  5. Wrap it so that avocado is on top of rice, then wrap it strongly.
  6. Cut the roll into 6 pieces. Put the cod roe spread and salmon roe on top to serve.
