Directions
- Peel and slice avocado.
- Spread seaweed and place vinegared rice on top.
- Turn it over and place egg roll, cucumber, tuna, squid, salmon and cod roe spread on top of seaweed (not on rice).
- On a plastic wrap, spread avocado slices and then the roll.
- Wrap it so that avocado is on top of rice, then wrap it strongly.
- Cut the roll into 6 pieces. Put the cod roe spread and salmon roe on top to serve.
