Directions

  1. Cut spam into 4 slices, and grill them so that the both sides turn browned. Cut the sliced cheese in halves, and cut seaweed in 1cm widths so that it can wrap the rice balls.
  2. Make rice balls so that you can place spam slices on top.
  3. Place slice cheese and spam slices on rice balls. Wrap the rice balls with seaweed to serve.
