Directions

  1. Cut pork in bite size slices. Cut the very end of shimeji mushroom and separate mushrooms.
  2. Heat a pan, cook pork slices and mushrooms, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare pasta according to the package directions.
  4. Pour the pasta into the pan of pork and mushrooms then mix. Pour soy sauce on the hot pot sides. Then saute the whole.
  5. Serve the above in a plate, put one cube of smoke butter on top of each, then decorate with cut seaweed.
