Directions
- Cut pork in bite size slices. Cut the very end of shimeji mushroom and separate mushrooms.
- Heat a pan, cook pork slices and mushrooms, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare pasta according to the package directions.
- Pour the pasta into the pan of pork and mushrooms then mix. Pour soy sauce on the hot pot sides. Then saute the whole.
- Serve the above in a plate, put one cube of smoke butter on top of each, then decorate with cut seaweed.
