Directions

  1. Cut vegetables into pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, and cook vegetable starting with those hard to cook first. Salt and pepper.
  3. Mix smoked butter and soy sauce to make dipping sauce.
  4. Serve the vegetable with the sauce.
