Directions

  1. Soak kikurage mushrooms in water then cut in thin strips. Cut carrots and onions in thin strips.
  2. Saute kikurage mushrooms, carrots, onion and peeled crab then salt and pepper.
  3. Mix 【A】 to make starchy sauce.
  4. Make an omelet with the sauteed vegetables with 2 eggs.
  5. Pour the omelet and sauce on rice, with smoked butter, ginger and green onion on top.
