Directions
- Soak kikurage mushrooms in water then cut in thin strips. Cut carrots and onions in thin strips.
- Saute kikurage mushrooms, carrots, onion and peeled crab then salt and pepper.
- Mix 【A】 to make starchy sauce.
- Make an omelet with the sauteed vegetables with 2 eggs.
