A   garlic clove, peeled

a pinch
      black pepper
a pinch
B   pepper (flavored with yuzu, if you can get it)
a pinch
green onion
a pinch

Directions

  1. Slice garlic. Cut green onion into little pieces.
  2. Open the can of oiled sardines. Add salt, black pepper and sliced garlic to the can, then heat in a toaster oven (1200w) for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. When the skin of the sardines get browned and the garlic turns browned, add pepper (prefarably flavored with yuzu) and smoked butter to serve.
