Directions
- Slice onions. Cut mushrooms in bite size pieces. Heat oil in a pot, cook onions and mushrooms with a lid. When onions get softened, add water and boil until water is evaporated.
- Let the above cooled down, then mix it with a blender.
- Put the above back into a pot, add milk, then salt and pepper to taste. Put it in a bowl and add smoked butter on top to serve.
