Directions

  1. Slice tuna thinly.
  2. Mix A and marinate tuna slices in it for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place rice in a bowl, put marinated tuna slices and sprinkle shiso slices on top.
  4. Sprinkle seaweed slices, add smoke butter and wasabi to serve.
