Directions
- Slice tuna thinly.
- Mix A and marinate tuna slices in it for about 10 minutes.
- Place rice in a bowl, put marinated tuna slices and sprinkle shiso slices on top.
- Sprinkle seaweed slices, add smoke butter and wasabi to serve.
