- Japanese sake

- mirin (fermented rice sweetener)
- 1 tb
- lemon juice
- 1 tb
- sugar
- 2 ts

Directions
- Cut chicken thigh into bite size pieces then knead A into chicken cuts then coat with potato starch.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium heat, put chicken cuts, turn them over in 3 minutes, heat two minutes more, then take them off on plates.
