      mirin (fermented rice sweetener)

Directions

  1. Cut chicken thigh into bite size pieces then knead A into chicken cuts then coat with potato starch.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium heat, put chicken cuts, turn them over in 3 minutes, heat two minutes more, then take them off on plates.
  3. Wipe the pan with paper towels then heat it on medium heat, then add B and smoke butter. When it is melted, take off the fire and pour on chicken.
