Directions

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta slightly underdone.
  2. Cut onion into wedges, spinach in 5cm pieces and bacon into 1cm thick pieces.
  3. Saute the above in olive oil. Add fresh cream and mix until thickened. Salt and pepper.

  5. Put smoked butter on top while it is stil hot.
