- 200ml
- salt and pepper

Directions
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta slightly underdone.
- Cut onion into wedges, spinach in 5cm pieces and bacon into 1cm thick pieces.
- Saute the above in olive oil. Add fresh cream and mix until thickened. Salt and pepper.

- Put smoked butter on top while it is stil hot.
