- a cube
- milk

- a pinch
- cut parsley
- a pinch

Directions
- Cut red bell pepper, onion and potatoes into bite size pieces.
- Cook the vegetables in a pot, add a cube of soup stock and water until softened.
- Mix the above in a blender.
- Put the above back in a pot then add milk, cook over low heat and salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup in a bowl, then sprinkle smoked butter and parsley.
