Beef Steak with Onions in Gravy

- thick-cut slices of beef for steak

- red wine
- 100ml
- balsamic vinegar
- 50ml
- beef broth
- 400ml
- flour

- salt and pepper

Directions
- Cut onions in half, then slice into onion rings. Coat with flour.
- Fry the half of the above onion in oil then sprinkle salt. Saute the rest of the onion with 20g of smoked butter. When it is colored golden brown, pour red wine, beef broth and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Tenderize beef on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the beaf on both sides.
- Put the cooked beef in the above sauce, simmer the beef, then add the rest of the smoked butter.
- Serve the beef with the fried onion rings on top.
