Directions
- Soak the codfish cuts in sake for 5 minutes. Then wipe them with paper towel.
- Coat the fish thinly with flour.
- Pour olive oil in a pan. Grill the fish with its skin on the bottom.
- After grilling both sides, place them on plates and put uni butter on top to serve.
