Directions

  1. Soak the codfish cuts in sake for 5 minutes. Then wipe them with paper towel.
  2. Coat the fish thinly with flour.
  3. Pour olive oil in a pan. Grill the fish with its skin on the bottom.
  4. After grilling both sides, place them on plates and put uni butter on top to serve.
