Directions

  1. Cut the chicken in bite-sized pieces and marinate them in A.
  2. Dust the chicken pieces with katakuri flour and fry them in an oiled pan. When browned, put the lid on the pan and cook them at a low temperature.
  3. Remove the excess oil. Add the honey butter and soy sauce to taste.
