Jumbo Hotcake

Jumbo hotcake is created in pursuit of re-enacting homemade hotcakes. It is an authentic hotcake grilled on 12.5mm-thick special copper plates.

It is made of selected materials including western white flour from America, 100% vegetable-based shortening made in our company and domestic eggs.
It is heated from top and bottom slowly to make the most suitable texture.
Its size is 1.2 times bigger than ordinary hotcakes for your satisfaction.
