It is a sliced product with which you may enjoy the flavor of honey without labor.

It is a shredded product, made of cheese alternative ingredient, which is made by replacing milk fat, the cheese main ingredient, with vegetable oil and then emulsifying using milk protein.
As we use vegetable fat, compared with gouda cheese (Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan 2020), cholesterol is cut 98%.
With this, you may add the flavor of honey to your everyday dishes easily.
You can eat it as it is, but heating may add to its tastiness.

Ingredients	Edible vegetable oil (made in Japan), high fructose corn syrup blended with sugar, refined honey, milk protein, starch, skimmed milk powder, agar/processed starch, gelatin, PH adjuster, sodium phosphate, polysaccharide thickener, coloring (carotene)
