It is a shredded cheese product that uses 20% natural cheese and 80% cheese alternative ingredient that is made by replacing the milk fat with vegetable oil and emulsifying it with milk protein.

As it is made with vegetable oil, compared with gouda cheese, its cholesterol content is about 70% less. You can use this healthy shred in the same way as natural cheese. Please use this for heated dishes such as pizza, pizza toast, gratin and others.
