It is a shredded product that uses 100% cheese alternative material, which is made by replacing the milk fat, the main cheese ingredient, with vegetable fat, and then emulsifying by using milk protein.

  • As we use the vegetable fat, compared with Gouda cheese (Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan 2020), the cholesterol is cut more than 98%.
  • You may use this shred the same way as natural cheese.
  • When you heat it, it turns golden brown.
  • Its volume is small so that you may use it up in a couple times.
