We blended natural cheese 30% and vegetable cheese 70%, one that replaced milk fat with vegetable fat.
It has 50% less cholesterol compared to gouda cheese.
It has the same amount of calcium with ordinary cheese.
You can use it as ordinary natural cheese for heated dish such as pizza, pizza toast and gratin.
