Low cost, cheese alternative.

We blended 50% natural cheese and 50% styrino that we replaced milk fat with vegetable fat to make this shred.
You can use it as ordinary cheese for heated dishes such as pizza, pizza toast and gratin.
It has 50% less cholesterol than ordinary cheese.
